Three different organizations are examined for the &quot;drivers&quot; that justify the Records and Information Management Program in the eyes of their management.  The three organization types are:

A city government, 
A large telecommunications company, and  
A manufacturing company. 

The objectives of this session are to: 

Learn how to read and respond to the current dynamics and the areas of vulnerability of your organization, 
Learn ways to optimize your opportunities to educate and sell Records and Information Management to your management, and Practice via group role-plays actual management encounters providing opportunities to promote Records and Information Management initiatives in your organization. This will be a fun, interactive session for attendees.
