Membership Incentives 2007-2008

Monthly Meeting Attendance Incentive by Iron Mountain

At every chapter meeting a drawing will be held for a cash prize courtesy of Iron Mountain. All chapter members are eligible. Names will be drawn from the current membership list and the member must be present to win. The cash prize for the first meeting is $75 and will be drawn until we have a winner. The October meeting will be $25 and will accumulate to future meetings until there is a winner. The prize starts over at $25 after each winner. There will be no drawing in April.

For those members that attend at least five monthly meetings plus the Spring Seminar, the June meeting will be free. Come and have fun!

Perfect Attendance Prize by IBM/FileNet

Attend all meetings and the seminar to become eligible for a Portable DVD Player. This drawing will take place at our June Meeting. This incentive is sponsored by IBM/FileNet

Membership Recruitment by Benson Records

Membership recruitment is always a top priority. The member who recruits the most new members into the chapter by the end of May 2008 will receive $150 and the runner up will receive $50. This incentive is sponored by Benson Records Management.

Members must be in good standing in order to participate in these incentives.
